The story of Lounge Taime began with a quiet moment in a small apartment one summer morning. Aunty B, a fashion designer and a Registered nurse, sat on her couch after a long day of fittings and realized how uncomfortable her “comfortable” clothes actually were.
She had designed dresses for high-end brands across Paris and New York — garments that looked beautiful, yet felt restricting. When she returned home, she wanted softness. Warmth. Something that would embrace her without demanding perfection. But all she found were oversized t-shirts and stiff fabrics that didn’t celebrate her femininity — they hid it.
That night, she began sketching — not for a brand, but for herself.
Pieces that hugged gently, moved freely, and felt like a whisper of elegance. Over time, her sketches became prototypes. Prototypes became samples. And soon, a dream was born — to create a brand where comfort met confidence. From that intimate moment came Lounge Taime — a name inspired by the French word “t’aime” (meaning “I love you”) — representing the idea of garments that whisper love to your body.
